The North East Watercolor Society announces a call to artists for its 32nd Annual International Exhibition, held October 26 to November 9, 2008 at The Gallery at Kent Art Association in Kent, CT. Approx $8500 in cash and merchandise. Juror: James Toogood AWS, NWS, NEWS. Open to watermedia on paper within last 3 years, no larger then 42" in any direction, framed, wired ready to hang. Shipped paintings must use an acrylic glazing. No pastel, no collage.
