“Southern Appalachian Artist Guild National Juried Show”

You are cordially invited to enter the first annual National Juried Show sponsored by the Southern Appalachian Artist Guild (The Guild). The show will be judged by Alan Flattmann and $5000 in prize money and merchandise will be awarded. Blue Ridge is located in the beautiful north Georgia mountains. The show will run from October 18th through November 14th, a traditionally heavy traffic time for fall leaf viewers. In addition, for 2008, the US National Adventure Race will be run in Blue Ridge November 7th & 8th, bringing thousands more visitors from across the nation. Art works selected by the juror will be displayed in the Richard Lowe Evans‘ Gallery. The gallery is in the historic courtroom of the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association (The Art Center.)
